Cancelled Programs

For every program I try to get into gives the message :
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator." Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You would need to be an administrator on the compter to get around this, or the program has been altered by the person who installed it.

Are you a limited user on a system where the applications were installed in
an administrator account. If yes, those applications can only be accessed
through the administrator account.

Before we can give you suggestions, we need information about your setup,
are you the only user, is this computer at home or in a business
environment, do you share the computer with someone else?
