Can you undelete accidentally deleted files or pages in a web site

Is there any way to recover accidentally deleted pages or files from a web
site created in FrontPage 2003?
 
Hi Lissey,

Do you have both an online web and a local web? If so you should be able to
get the page from one or the other.
