Can you turn off the WinHlp32 popups?

Hey guys,

I was wondering how you shut off the prompt for legacy programs that still
use the .hlp files in Vista. (ref KB917607). My girlfriend is about to throw
her office machine out of the 19th story window.

That program apparently uses an old version of help files that is not
supported in Vista.

You can install this program to open these help files anyway:
