Can you sort by color?

I have a spreadsheet where there are 4 colors, each
representing different people. I want to sort by person,
which means I need to sort by color so all of one person
is displayed together.

Or, better yet, I would like to do an IF statement. IF
(A1=Green, Martin,IF(A1=Red, Samantha.....etc.
Then it would automatically fill in the persons name I
want, and then I could sort by name.

Is this possible? Ive read about conditional formatting,
but I think I need the idea to work backwards, where I
have the colors and need them translated.
