Hi,

I need to schedule case reviews on 0-3 year old children, both 6 month reviews and annual reviews. These reviews are based on the month of the child's birth. So if a child was born in January I would need a 6 month review in July and and annual in January.

I currently have my client list sorted by month, which I've added in a column using the =Text(A1,"mmm") formula. Is there a quick and easy way to have conditional formatting highlight the clients that are due for a 6 month review in one color, and Annual's in another color? Should I use EDATE and put in variables for 6,12,18,24,30 months?

thanks for any help!
