Can you send Access file as attachment in Email?

When I try to send an Access file, it asks me to convert
it into another format. Can I send it without converting
it?

If you're doing this from within Access it doesn't think you want to send
the Access file. It thinks you want to send the "Object" currently
selected in the db window and those cannot be sent without being converted
into some kind of file format. To send the entire Access file do so from
outside Access.
