can you save a ppt file handout master view form

need to save a file in handout form; 3 notes per page. need to email it to
all in the meeting. can this be done.
 
Go the File menu and choose Send to Word. You will then be able to create a
Word document in the format you want. PowerPoint itself will not save the
handout view separately from the rest of the PowerPoint.
