Can you run F.A.S.T. twice?

I ran FAST from my old computer to a new one prior to having
problems with the drive on the new one. Some weeks have elapsed while I
was cured them. Does anyone know if you can run FAST twice to
update the data transferred? What is the trick, delete the UMC file and let
it overwrite everything just to be sure? Or does it do this itself?

Yes you can. You can either remove the old files or simply create a
new folder and tell FASTW to use that folder this time.

Good luck
