Is it possible to distribute an application if the end user does not have
Microsoft Office or must they purchase Office Pro.

Virtually all modern computers have the Access database engine (it is called
Jet) installed, so if the user has Excel they can read/write a Jet database
(.mdb), but they cannot use the ACCESS end-user stuff to build queries and
forms etc.
