Can you retrieve things you have deleted from trash

I don't know how I did it, but I deleted some very important info into my
trash and then deleted my trash. It seems my restore system only does a
restore once a day, and yesterday at 4:00 doesn't work for me.
I thought my old version of widows had something like that. Any ideas

System Restore does not restore personal data so that would not be an
option.

Also, now would be a good time starting a plan to keep current back-ups of
all important data.

Yes, and the less you use your computer before attempting recovery, the
better your chances of being successful. Also, I've noticed that some
recovery programs recover things that others fail to pick up, so you
may want to try more than one. If I remember correctly, the one
mentioned above did in fact fail to identify some files that I was able
to recover using another product (from Sandisk, came with my SD card).

Thanks so much for the website. I was able to recover one picture. But the
majority of the stuff found was a bunch of numbers and letters mixed. I
typed in the name of the file that was deleted and it didn't have that - it
just gave me a bunch of numbers. I went through the tutorial and scanned
the disks. Any more ideas? Thanks.
