Can you reset size of bar in scroll bar?

When working in a large Excel worksheet, the size of the scroll bar
diminishes to allow you to scroll through the entire sheet. After
intentionally deleting a large portion of the worksheet, the bar size on the
scroll bar remains the same. Is there a way to reset the size of the bar on
the scrollbar?
 
You have to delete the rows (not just clear the contents), and then, the
easiest thing is to save the workbook.
