Can you put credits on a picture

If I try to use the credits function at the end of a movie, I cannot put them
on a picture. WMM uses a blue screen. Is there a way to do credits at the
end and showthem on a picture?

sure, just drag the credits clip from the end of the video track and drop it
onto the title overlay track... and move it sideways over the clips you want
to see behind it.

I have the same question. I know that there is an animation either credits:
video left or credits: video top. But I can't figure out how to add the
video. Anyone have a clue?

Papajohn is giving you the correct answer.
In the future to make it easier after clicking on "Make titles or credits"
select "Add title *ON* the selected clip" instead of "Add title *before* or
*after* selected clip" then the title will automatically be in the Title
overlay section of the timeline.
