can you put a title page..Start menu on your movie?

I am wanting to finish off this movie I have been working of for soooo long
and wanted to know if I could add a menu or start page at the begining of the
movie. The type that when you put in a dvd you have to press play to begin
the movie...and how do you do it?

You need a Disk Authoring Application to create a Play Menu.

I use Ulead Movie Factory 6 and find it does the job well.
