Can you perform statistics (such as t-test) in an Access report?

I am wanting to develop a summary report of some research data that includes
the mean score and std deviation for various scales over time. I then also
want to include the t-value for differences in the scores and then the
corresponding p-value. Is it possible to do this in Access reports?
