I'm fairly certain that your message has nothing to do with Microsoft
Access, the database product that is the topic of this newsgroup. But
I'm curious as to what you're talking about. Would you care to explain?

You may think you're talking to Microsoft. You're not.

Microsoft Access(TM) is a database program, part of the Office Pro
suite. The newsgroup microsoft.public.access is a peer-support
newsgroup where people who USE Microsoft Access can help each other.

I have no idea what you are trying to do (since you don't say other
than "open my attachment") so I can't really advise you, other than to
suggest that you find somebody local who can give you some instruction
in how to use Windows; good luck!
