On the insert tab, under text, pick 'Object', you should be able to
select 'Adobe Acrobat Document'.

If you have Acrobat (or Reader) from version 7 onwards, you can insert a PDF
as an object, however objects cannot span pages, so you would only see the
first page.

Graham -
Is there a add-in or a tool that you know of that will allow you to insert
several pages?

No. Word objects cannot span pages.

You should either create each page of the PDF as a new page or use one of
the assorted tools or OCR software to convert to a Word document -
Finereader 9 does a pretty fair job of conversion, but no converters are
perfect.
