Can you insert a file as a worksheet?

If the file you want to insert consists of one sheet then
all you would have to do is right click on that sheet's
tab then select 'Move or Copy'. You can move or copy
multiple sheets as well, but they will remain the same
number of sheets in the new workbook, not just one sheet.

Whats the file type ?

If it's a 'picture' then you may want to insert the picture into your
worksheet

If it's a text file then file/open and select your text file and work
through the wizard

If it's an EXE file then insert object will work

You need to be more specific about what you want to do.
