Can you forward an entire category of appointments?

I have entered all my children's school schedule including early release
dates and school closings, school play, etc. I have them all categorized in
outlook with one category label called school. Can I forward this entire
category to my husband for his outlook calendar, or do I have to forward one
appointment at a time?

You can copy the entire category of appointments to a calendar folder in a
second PST and transfer that PST to his PC where he can then open it and
copy the data in it to his main calendar.
