Can you email a single page from a multipage page word document?

Example 60 page doc - correction on one page only - just send the corrected
page without creating a new document.

Word doesn't easily deal with pages. You would have to use copy and paste
(and risk losing the format, unless you are pasting into a new Word
document).

Also, note that it might be easier (and safer) to replace an entire file
than separate pages (see
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/numbering/chapternumber.htm).
