Can you create a server side rule in Exchange

Hello,

We have a support mailbox that multiple people use and I would like to
know if there was a way to create a server side rule (that runs on
Exchange, not outlook) that can run on a single exchange mailbox that
would move an email message to a specific folder in a mailbox?
 
Yes, by starting up Outlook with a mail profile that connects diriectly with that mailbox.
