Can you create a report from a cross-tab query?

Ted

Whenever I try to do this, there are no fields to choose
from to add to my report.

Ideas?

You can just drag your query onto a blank report (just go to Report, New,
without selecting anything) to display it as an unbound subreport.

Would that be OK for you?

Yep...

I was trying to do it thru the wizard and it would never
show any fields to add on to the report. Followed your
suggestion and I think it will work.

Thanks...

I must warn you that if your column header is a date you will have problems
when you add or remove records. There are ways around this though, so write
back if this is the case and we'll hope that Duane Hookham, the Master of
the Crosstab, reads it :)

Nah, don't flatter him...it'll just go to his head. <g, d & r>

And I'll try to tackle my dyslexia and spell your name correctly next time
:)

I'll be leaving now and returning to Reports and Queries NGs ;-)
