Can you copy all Autocomplete names to your "contacts"?

Hi, I want to know if it is possible to somehow copy all Autocomplete email
addresses into the contacts folder? I wanted to send an EChristmas card to
anyone I had sent an email to in the past.

You suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
