Can you change the view in Outlook 2003 to match Outlook XP?

I have a CEO who was just upgraded to 2003. He wants Outlook to show the
little calendars when he opens email like XP did without having to click on
Calendar in the Navigation Pane. Is that possible or will he just have to
suffer?
