Can you change the fields in a Sent sub-folder in Outlook 2007?

When you create a new folder within the Sent folder, the fields come up as
"From" "Subject" "Received", etc. It is NOT helpful for me to know that I
sent messages out, 'cause I already know that (duh). What would be helpful is
to be able to have it list who I sent it TO so that I can search easily
within that sub-folder, just the way you can in the main Sent folder.

Is there a way to select "To" as a field within that sub-folder? I already
went to Categories and Field Chooser and "To" is there under Frequently Used
Fields, but I don't see how to select it to replace the "From" field within
the Sent sub-folder.

Thanks~

You are on the right track. Once you have the field chooser on screen, drag
the To field off the Field chooser window and drop it beside the existing
Fields (eg Subject). You can also take From away and put it back on the
Field Chooser.

That function works in all table style views in Outlook. Turn on the
Advanced Toolbar and you'll be able to get to the Field Chooser easilly.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

with the field chooser opened, just click and drag the field(s) you need from
the fieldchooser to the field title bar in the view... drag those fields you
don't want out of that fild title bar
