Can you auto copy the calendar rather than auto archive?

Is it possible to auto copy the calendar rather than auto
archive so that items are copied not moved to a new file?

If you change the view on the Calendar to say Categories (from View >
Current View) then do a Ctrl+A to select all and drag with your right mouse
button (or use the commands on the Edit menu) to copy the items to a new
location
