Can you attach one DWT to another DWT? How?

Buyens states in his book that you can attach one DWT to another, but I don't
see how. This would be helpful if it's possible, anyone know how?

The feature was present in early versions of FP2003, but disappeared just
before the shoftware shipped. Unfortunately, by then the pages had gone to
the printers.
