Can you add music to a video clip that was sent to you?

My question is: I was sent a video clip and want to add music to it...can I? and if so how?
Waiting for anyone's reply.....Thanks
 
Yes you can. Import the video clip and the music file into your
collections.... then copy the two from the collections to the
timeline/storyboard and save the project as a movie.
