can word 2003 icons display as word 2002

Can office 2003 applications display as office 2002. I have training material
for office 2002 and Im in the process of updated these, so can i customize
office 2003 to look like office 2002 in menus etc.
 
If you find a way, let me know. I think your best bet is to solicit
appropriate screen shots from Word 2002 users.
