Can we get our vanished OS back from Microsoft?

I have a license copy of windows vista business and it got corrupted
and I don’t have CD/ backup because its comes with my laptop.

So can I get it back from Microsoft?
 
The ones who sold you the laptop were obliged to provide you with a
reinstallation method for your Windows operating system. This could be
a Windows CD/DVD, a set of restoration CD/DVD or a service partition
that holds all the necessary files for reinstalling Windows. Read the
documentation that came with the laptop or call the ones who sold you
the laptop and ask them how its done.
