can we create a new theme in word

i need to create a new theme in word in which i need to place some company
logos as background default.. this i am unable to do. can you please tell
what to do

I'm pretty sure you need a template for that; themes determine certain
aspects of them, but AFAICT not content like this.

You can certainly create a theme while you're preparing the template.
