Can this be done?

I would like to know how, if possible, to add a folder to the explorer
panel similar to the My Documents, Shared Documents, etc. folders that
are already there.

I want it to appear on the folders panel of an explorer window.

Options to consider for My Computer:

Add a folder to My Computer, Desktop and Right Click (Start Button)

Add a Folder to My Computer and Desktop (Line 130)
Add a Folder to the Start Button - Right Click (Line 124)
