Can the "calander", and "calander in mailbox" be sync'd to have the same

Hello All
Can the "calander", and "calander in mailbox" be sync'd to have the same
info in it?
My problem is that when I recieve an appt. in the "calendar in mailbox", my
handheld, sync's the info from the "calendar" instead of the "calendar in
mailbox", but I need the info to go in "cal in mailbox" to be able to share
the info to other users.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

It seems to me that you've asked this already and have received multiple
answers.
 
Many apologies, I guess I wasn't patient enough to wait for an answer in the
other forum..sorry :-)
