Can TABs be formatted "Vertical" verses horizontal

Can the TABs be stacked say on the left side of the screen vertically?

I'm using Access 2003...

No, that capability doesn't exist with the Access tab control.
 
of course.. you could simply make it 'no buttons' and then bind it to a
standard list box; or somehting simple along those lines
