can`t log on in users

When i want log in an user account ,it start logging in
and start right after logging off.I have 3 user accounts
and i can`t log in none off them.
When i restart the computer, windows XP (homeedition)
load up and the page with user accounts comes up but i
can`t log in .
I starteed the computer up in safe mode but still the
same.
Somebody know what the problem is?
