MSN Internet service? As in Dial-Up or Broadband?
Or are you confused and speaking of MSN Messenger?
You will have to be a bit more informative with your question if you expect
an answer. Consider it like bringing any other item in for repair.. You
cannot (when it is a complicated piece of machinery with multiple working
parts) just bring it in and say "it's broke" and not expect someone to ask
"what's broke?"
