can standard email template be changed?

I've created a template that I want to be the standard email template -- how
do I make the changes to the standard template, so the new one comes up every
time?

Changed how? For what purpose? In what Outlook version? Are you talking about
something like stationery or a theme or something else?

Sorry -- I have Vista, with Outlook 2007 -- want to change the blank emial
form to have a specific theme, background and signature for my biz.

I imported a theme from MS online, but don't see it in the stationary
selections available, when you try and modify the email form through the
menus available. So I was thinking I could create what I wanted, and save
that as the form, but can't figure out how...

The place to set stationery or a theme as the default is in Tools | Options |
Mail Format. You might also find the information at
