Can spam be reverse?

Hi

of late I've been receiving spams from so call microsoft for software
patches.

Both my email account are spam for good.

Can I reverse this spam?

Best you can do is to set filters with your email software to look for email
with common subject lines, such as "Critical Patch" or "Latest Security
Patch" and block/quarantine/delete them that way.

Understand that these false Microsoft emails are being generated by virus
apps that have found your email address in other peoples address files or on
newsgroups.

Reverse? - NO
Block - Absolutely! ...just have to configure filters in your e-mail client.
