we are haveing troble with our internet service manager and i would like to
uninstall the service and then reinstall, I cant see how to un install . Any
help would be great

You mean IIS. It is done the same way it is installed only you uncheck the options. Start | Settings | Control Panel | Add\Remove Programs | Add\Remove Windows Components and from there you uncheck the appropriate entries under Internet Information Services (IIS). Then you follow through with the rest of the Wizard. Likely you do not need to have the Windows 2000 CD-ROM in the drive but I would AND reboot with it in the drive. Afterwards you may need to reinstall your Service Pack. Of course Microsoft says it is not necessary but what will it hurt? Unless of course you have a browser 5.5 or higher. Then you will need to return to a prior version before you apply the service pack. If you cannot then well ignore what I just said about the browser.
