can someone help

i am getting so many trash emails and some that comes from
(e-mail address removed) can someone knows what i need to do
or how, do i need to use this patch.exe: W32.Dumaru@mm
in the Subject
RE: Use this patch immediately !
and the messege is
ALERT!!!

contained another type of security threat.

W32 Dumaru@mm is a virus. DO NOT OPEN IT.
There are so many viruses now that you need Norton or McAffee to control
them. I recommend Norton. The best and it also does so much more to help
your computer keep going and clean.
