Can see new mails in OWA but not in OLK2003???

When I use OWA to view my mailbox I can see my new mails, but they don't show
up in OLK2003 even when the mailbox updates? I know it isn't outlook itself
as I can open other mailboxes through it which open up fine, it's just this
one which won't update in Outlook - although OWA looks normal.

What is going on?

Is Outlook in Cached mode or not?
