Can see domain as workgroup but not when joined domain

I have recently updated to windows 200 Sp4 and have found
that all clients can no onger view the doamin using my
network places. this includes one of the servers. If I
remove a Clien from the domain I can view the domain
using My Networkplaces but not access the client, as you
would expect. However, when I rejoin the domain as
viewing capabilities using my network places has been
removed. This includes the administrator account.

Has anybody got any suggestions as to how to fix this
problem

This is just a browsing issue...

Can you still do the following at access systems?

start\run \\servername or \\workstationname

if something comes up, then you can access the systems, just not browse to
them.

If this is the case then you need to track down browsing. Make sure that all
your clients are pointed to a central wins database as they will need to
find the domain1b records. You also need to make sure the domain pdc
emulator is registering the domain 1b record.
