can recieve mail but cannot send

I just tried to configure outlook express on a desktop computer to send &
rec. from 4 email accounts. I set up everything exactly as I did on my laptop
(pop3's/smtp's etc...) I've checked all options etc.. & cannot figure out why
I can receive mail no problem but, it will not send. We did just recently
cancel aol & have started using juno, the only thing I forgot to check on
"that" computer is the internet options to be sure that everything is set to
juno but, I was already connected to juno when trying to send & the outlook
options are all set to juno?

I saved the error by using print/screen but, I don't see any way to email in
this message? Would it be helpful If I type in the whole error message I got
or forward it to someone who may be able to help? Let me know.

Any advice?

yes indeed. Post the error message. Maybe it will tell us more about your
