Can ping by IP address but not by domain name or hostname

Hello

I had a winsock corruption and used netsh winsock reset to fix.

However, now I can ping by ip address but not by hostname. If I run
ipconfig /all I see domain name servers in list and I can ping the DNS
servers ok. But I just cannot ping (get no reply) from hostnames or Domain
names.

I assume I have another problem now. How can I resolve?

Can you explain what do you mean by no reply from hostnames or domain names.

What is the exact problem that you are facing.
