Can Outlook read typed reminders back with sound when thay are due

I would like to type reminders in Outlook and have it read the reminders back
to me when thay become due.
 
Outlook doesn't have such a feature - but there should be some speech to
text utilities that will do it or that you can build a com addin on top of.
