Can Outlook import a Works Address Book?

I have an address book created in Works. I'm trying to move everything into
Outlook. Using Import or Export doesn't work because nothing seems to
recognize the .wab extension. Can this be done? If so, can someone give me
the process?

The Works Address Book is just the Windows Address Book. user
File>Export>Other Adfdress Book and export to a Text file. (CSV). Import
that into Outlook.
