Can Outlook circulate a document for approval

I want to copy minute meetings to attendees. Is there a way for them to
acknowledge acceptance as written? Something like the "Accept/decline"
feature when you send a meeting invitation?

I know they can respond directly but would like to have a sussinct function
for approval. Thanks for any help you can offer.
