can only connect to secure sites

Has anyone had this problem IE6 can only connect to my secure sites (bank
Credit Cards etc) but cannot connect to ordinary sites (MSN, Google, Library
etc.)
 
Hi Bob,

Check your Internet Options>Advanced tab - HTTP 1.1 settings, both of my
options are checked.

Also could be your HTTP protocol handler in the registry... mmm will take me
a while to find a fix for that.... Post back if the above does not work
while I look around for the second fix... I think you just have to
re-register an IE library.
