can only boot from floppy

I have win xp pro installed, keep getting the ntdlr
missing.
I copied the ntdetect, ntdlr and boot ini from a pc
running the sam eversion, I modified the boot ini and
copied it to the pc to overwrite the current files.
I am still having the boot issue where I can only boot
from floppy,

any thoughts??

Hi,

Boot the WinXP CD, load the Recovery Console and run fixboot from the
command prompt.
