Can one obtain Business Contact Manager Seperately

Does anybody know if an add on is available to add
the "Business Contact Manager" to a copy of Outlook 2003
that came pre-installed on my new Dell. Apparently you
have to buy either Office Pro or one other addition that
I cannot re-call to get this feature. There has to be a
way to add it to my current Outlook 2003. I purchased
Office Basic along with this Dell and I really could use
the "Business Contact Manager" tool.

There is only one way to get BCM and that is Office Professional. They do not
sell it separately.
