Can One Mention One's Own Product Here?

I didn't see in the Terms of Use that mentioning one's own Outlook add-in is
disallowed but I also don't know what common use governs this group. I've
deleted my signature information from this post just in case (so that even
this message can't be construed as an advertisement, as it were, since my
signature includes company name and website address).

Obviously a message touting a product could simply be ignored by those who
aren't interested, but some groups have very strong feelings about
self-promotion even where it's not technically forbidden.

Thanks very much,

Jay

I don't think there's anything wrong with mentioning an Outlook add-in you
have if it's in connection with solving a particular problem.
